We loved this Airbnb! Was perfect for my wife and I’s vacation. It was so fun to stay somewhere in downtown Charleston. The location is amazing. We really loved the interior! Would definately stay there again!

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! It had the charm of the historic homes in Charleston while being modern. It had a comfy homey feel. It was walking distance to king street, the battery, etc. while still being quiet and private! Also centrally located by car to mount pleasant, shem creek, Sullivans island, folly beach and more! It had an off street parking space with an ev charger. Tim had nice little touches, including some snacks, coffee, and complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the front patio by the fountain! We will definitely be staying again when we head back to Charleston!

Perfect spot for an amazing stay in Charleston. The location is ideal, great AC, along with comfy mattresses and pillows. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need…a real bonus to find Tim provided wine and coffee for his guests. The home is close to everything…walk on the battery, around the lake, through the historical neighborhoods not to mention shopping and restaurants! If you want to beach it, free parking outside your door. Highly recommend! It is absolutely perfect:-) We will definitely be back.

So pretty and very accommodating. Comfy beds, great location. Walked to everything. One of our favorite parts was sitting by the fountain in the morning with coffee and in the late afternoon.

Perfect location! Near King, Broad, and all things Charleston. Bonus was proximity to vibrant college of Charleston nearby and Colonial Park/Lake just steps away for a stroll. Terrace/Patio was perfect for a morning coffee. House was nicely appointed and very clean. The host made it super easy to access. Everything was walkable.

Very well located and clean place that is an easy walk to the historic downtown area. The drive to many of the other sights and restaurants we visited was easy as this place is very central and had a parking spot that easily fit our rental minivan. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen worked well despite it being a very old (historic) home.

Tim’s place was awesome! It was clean and just as described. Lots of nice extras like coffee, tea and treats in the kitchen. Very comfy bed and nice shower too! Tim was available and responsive if needed. The apt was in a central yet quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again when in the area!

This was our first time at Charleston and we enjoyed our stay at Tim's home. We were also surprised with some additional amenities that were unexpected. We loved the location and it was very easy to walk around the area to sightsee many things. We found some nice restaurants/deli's in walking distance. The private parking was secure and fit a crew cab pickup truck. We didn't experience any outside noise during our stay. We would certainly stay at Tim's home again if we were fortunate to come back to Charleston.

Tim’s place is like one of those cute girl apartments you always see in RomComs. It was bright, airy, cozy and very charming. Just far enough from the action downtown to be a relaxing spot with easy access to all the great restaurants, shopping and architecture of Charleston. We loved every second of our stay. Thanks Tim!
